Photo, Video & Social Media Consent Policy

At GKworx, we value the privacy and comfort of our clients and participants. We understand that from time to time, it may be necessary or desirable to capture photographs, videos, or other media content during our goalkeeper coaching sessions, events, or competitions.

This policy outlines our guidelines and requests your consent regarding the use of such media.

1. Consent

By participating in GKworx coaching sessions, events, or competitions, you grant us permission to capture and use photographs, videos, or other media content that may include your image, voice, or likeness. This consent extends to the use of these materials for promotional, marketing, educational, and social media purposes related to GKworx.

2. Usage

GKworx will use the captured media content for various purposes, including but not limited to:

• Promotional materials: These may include brochures, flyers, advertisements, posters, banners, or website content used to promote GKworx coaching services.
• Social media platforms: We may share photographs, videos, or other media content on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) to showcase GKworx activities and highlight the achievements of our participants. We will ensure that appropriate privacy settings are in place to restrict access to these materials.
• Educational and training materials: The media content may be used for internal purposes, such as coaching demonstrations, educational videos, or training resources to benefit our clients and participants.

3. Confidentiality

GKworx will exercise reasonable care to protect your privacy and will not disclose any personal information without your explicit consent unless required by law.

4. Withdrawal of Consent

If, at any time, you wish to withdraw your consent for the use of your media content, please notify us in writing or via email. We will promptly discontinue the use of your media content for future purposes. However, please note that we cannot control the dissemination of media content that has already been shared on social media platforms by third parties or other individuals who may have downloaded or saved the materials.

5. Minors

For participants under the age of 18, we require the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By providing consent, the parent or legal guardian assumes responsibility for the minor's participation and the terms outlined in this policy.

By participating in GKworx coaching sessions, events, or competitions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Photography, Video, and Social Media Consent Policy.
