1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any coaching programs or services provided by GKworx, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your participation and interaction with GKworx as a goalkeeper coaching company.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for GKworx coaching programs, you must be at least 8 years old. Minors under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate.
3. Registration and Enrolment
To enrol in GKworx coaching programs, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and ensuring its security. GKworx reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration at its sole discretion.
4. Coaching Services
GKworx provides goalkeeper coaching services, which may include individual or group training sessions, camps, workshops, and other related activities. The content and duration of each coaching program will be clearly communicated to participants prior to enrolment.
5. Payment and Refunds
Payment for coaching programs must be made in accordance with the pricing and payment terms specified by GKworx. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated explicitly in writing by GKworx.
6. Code of Conduct
All participants of GKworx coaching programs are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour towards coaches, staff, or other participants will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination from the program without refund.
7. Liability and Waiver
GKworx will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during coaching programs. However, GKworx and its staff will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or accidents that may occur during the course of the coaching sessions. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
8. Insurance
It is the responsibility of participants to have appropriate personal insurance coverage to protect against any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during coaching programs.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including but not limited to training materials, videos, and other resources provided by GKworx, are protected by copyright laws. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from GKworx.
10. Amendments and Termination
GKworx reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided to participants in a timely manner. GKworx also reserves the right to terminate coaching programs or services at its discretion.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Kingdom.
